Understanding your values provides you with the guideposts you need to make decisions, big and small, in all areas of life. At CCS, we’ve worked hard to clarify what it is that matters most to us and what helps us determine if we’re on the right path with each other, with our customers and with our community. So here, in no particular order, are the core values we embrace on the daily.

Be Authentic

Work and personal life can never truly be separate. So bring yourself in all your perfectly imperfect glory to the table and know we all will do the same. The more you can be you, the more room you are creating for those around you to do the same.

Do the Right Thing

We’re here to make a difference. That can only happen by us doing the right thing—even when no one is watching. This can take any form in any setting, from recycling your iced coffee cup to taking full accountability for a mistake. It also means doing the right thing for yourself, too. Be self-aware and take steps to do right by yourself each day.

Do Your Best

We expect you to have a good work ethic. But don’t worry; we don’t expect perfection. As long as you do your best, you will be poised for success.

Embrace Empathy

Empathy and warm-heartedness are at the center of all we do here. The best way to deliver that is to walk in our customer’s shoes for a while, learning what makes them tick. It is from this place of understanding that we can deliver the best service.

Have Fun

If we aren’t having fun with one another and our customers, then we’re doing something wrong. Life’s too short! Find ways to bring joy and laughter into your every day.

Keep Learning

Growth is important for you as an individual and for the company. Get strategic about what you seek to learn. Find ways to use your newfound knowledge to support the company and your colleagues. This will help you to remain engaged, build on your own skill set and, hopefully, find greater fulfillment.

Lift People Up

Everyone deserves to know their worth and to be reaffirmed. Everyone deserves kindness. Everyone deserves to be recognized for their contributions. Show kindness, affirmation and gratitude daily.

Make Magical Moments
